At KUJIRA Concrete, every piece is crafted with care and precision. Because many of our products are made to order, shipping timelines and handling may differ from standard retail items. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing & Production Times

Most KUJIRA Concrete products are made to order. Production timelines vary by product type:

  • Concrete Samples: Typically ship within 1–3 weeks

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Products: Production times will be provided at checkout or confirmed after purchase

Processing times do not include transit time.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted freight and parcel carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Larger items such as sinks, fire pits, and architectural pieces may ship via freight delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item size and weight

  • Shipping method

  • Delivery location

Freight & Large Item Deliveries

For large or heavy items shipped via freight:

  • Delivery is typically curbside only

  • The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery

  • Customers are responsible for moving items from curbside to their final location

  • Please ensure adequate access for delivery trucks

Additional fees may apply for special delivery requirements.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Delivery Inspections & Damage

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Upon receipt:

  • Inspect your shipment immediately

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if damage is discovered

  • Include photos of the packaging and product when reporting damage

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Supply chain disruptions

KUJIRA Concrete is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
