Return & Order Policy

Handcrafted products are made to order at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once fabrication has started. We recommend ordering color samples before committing to your purchase. Due to the natural characteristics of concrete and the handcrafted process, color, patina, and finish may vary slightly between samples and the final product.

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.

Delivery Inspection & Damage

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, do not open the package. Take clear photos of the packaging and any visible damage, and contact us right away for further guidance.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
